Big Boy himself, Joe Parish, born and bred in Mississippi, transplanted to Leonard in August 2005, bringing along his wife Cindy and two children Elliott and Adeline. He was working for L3 in Greenville, but his passion was spending time in the kitchen experimenting with this flavor or that.
