Joe Moss to seek county court-at-law bench

December 24, 2009 - Joe D. Moss has announced his candidacy for the office of Judge, County Court at Law, Fannin County, Texas. Moss, a Bonham attorney, was appointed to this position by the Fannin County Commissioners Court in November of 2009, but he will not take office until June 07, 2010.

Mr. Moss will be running for thefull term in the office of Judge, Fannin County Court-at-Law beginning in the primary and general elections of 2010 for the four-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2011.
