Tigers slam S&S 76-28

December 17, 2009 - The Leonard Varsity Tigers also played S & S on Dec. 8 with Leonard showing their stuff from the beginning and bringing home a 76 to 28 final score over S & S.

In the first period of play the Tigers scored 18 while S & S scored three. The second period wasnt much better for S & S, but they did score 9 points while Leonard scored 26 bringing the half time score to Leonard 44 and S & S 12.

The third period of play saw Leonard adding another 14 points while S & S added only four and in the fourth quarter S & S added only 12 points and Leonard added another 18.

High scorer for Leonard was Aaron Moreland with 19 points. Matt Williams was also in double digits with 11 and Brad Hartline scored 10. Seniors playing and adding several points were Nick Gonzales who tied with freshman Tyler Turner with seven each and Brad Moulder and James Arnold added six apiece.
