Six Tigers named to All-District First Team

December 17, 2009 - Leonards Tigers saw a number of players receive district honors at the end of the 2009 football season.

Quarterback Will Cowan was named the 2009 District 11-AA Offensive Player of the Year and Tevin Daniels was named 2009 Defensive Player of the Year.

Two Tigers, running back Reggie Robinson and tackle Sam Whisenhunt were named to the First Team Offense and cornerback Reggie Robinson, defensive tackle Adam Clark, safety Will Cowan and inside linebacker Billy Martin were named to the All-District First Team Defense.

Named to the Second Team offense were Zack Bohannon, tackle, and Jacob Riley, guard and outside linebacker Christian Vaughn was named to the Second Team deense.

Tigers receiving honorable mention on the 2009 District Team were Jake Buchanan, Matt Williams, Alex Astello, Mark Eastin, Muntrell Titus, T.R. Hodnett and Aaron Shanks.
