April 28, 2011 - John Mason Butler is the 18-year-old son of John Butler and Lisa Butler. He has attended Leonard schools for 14 years, being active in Beta Club, tennis and Powder Puff.
Some of Mason's favorite things include the following: food, crab cakes; drink, Big Blue; colors, black and white; place, the beach; movie, The Assassination of Jesse James; actor, Robert Downy Jr.; actress, Judy Garland; song, The Ballad of Mona Lisa; person, Momma and Daddy; book, Hank the Cow Dog and sport, tennis.
His favorite memory at LHS is Powder Puff. His advice for underclassmen is "BE QUIET! Stop touching me. And don't look me in the eyes.."
His favorite things to do in his free time are hanging out with friends and dancing in parking lots.
If he could do anything, he would make lots of money. If he could change anything, he would have super powers because "that'd be sweet," he says.
Mason's pet peeve is smacking and talking while eating.
When asked what his after graduation plans are, he said, "I want to be famous. I want to be a star. I want to be in movies."
