March 17, 2011 - The kindergarten classes at Leonard Elementary enjoyed their annual Kindergarten Rodeo Friday afternoon, March 11, on the playground. The kids enjoyed various rodeo-themed races, watching and taking part in roping tricks, eating a frozen treat and digging for treasure in the sand box.

March 17, 2011 - For the first time in Leonard High School's history, the Leonard High School Band earned a Division 1 rating in UIL Marching, Concert, and Sight-reading Contests, which earned them a UIL Sweepstakes trophy for 2010-11.
