Jan. 20, 2011 - The club met for the first time in the newly re-decorated Community Room at the bank on January 12 with Patsy Whitworth serveing as hostess. The other members attending were Melba Compton, Ruby Miller, Lynda Lou Thorp, Mary Ann Hooks, Judy Hubbard, Jo Willa Pierson, Frances Reynolds, Lou Evans, Patty Evans, Sarah Andry, Gwen Schroth, Barbara Ashworth, Christine Carrington, Rachel Clark and Bethalyne Lyon.
The re-decorated room seemed like meeting in a brand new room and everyone enjoyed that atmosphere as well as delicious refreshments and fellowship.

Jan. 20, 2011 - January is school board recognition month, and Mrs. Reba Barnard's kindergarten class at Celeste Elementary School honored the Celeste ISD School Board members and Superintendent Collin Clark by donating the books, Frankie Works the Night Shift by Lisa Westberg Peters and Hot Rod Hamster! by Cynthia Lord, to the Celeste Elementary Library.
